Dragon Program
The Dragon Program, is design for students ages 10 to 13 with no martial arts experience. The program is designed to be fun, playful and promote learning of the Choy Li Fut system. Students in the Dragon Program partcipate and training designed around the fundamental skills in the Choy Li Fut system which learning to more to more independent, gain more confidence. This class is more structured than the Tigers class, due to the age difference.

The Dragon program, is design for students ages 10 to 13 to learn the basic and beginner fundamental martial arts skills in the Choy Li Fut system. This program is design to promote confidence, respect for others an energetic, fun and prime learning environment for all our students.
During each class session students will learn Choy Li Fut fundamentals fight drills, Chinese terminology, traditions and etiquette. We have character building games that creates a positive and prime learning for our students, that promotes fairness; respect for others.
The classes is limited to 10 students per class so reserve your spot today.
